Stop buying your employees hoodies they're never gonna wear. Here are five Carhartt pieces I'd actually spend my company money on.

Number one, the Washed Duck Active Jac. This is my pick if you want a serious winter jacket. It's tough, it's warm, and it's something your crew will wear all season long.

Number two is the Rain Defender Heavyweight Hoodie. If you guys are outside all day, this is a great everyday option. It's comfortable, durable, and water repellent.

Number three is the Duck Vest. I love this for supervisors and for guys who are in and out of trucks all day. You get the warmth without the bulk of a jacket.

Number four is the Fleece-Lined Shirt Jac. This one's a little different. It's not quite a jacket, not quite a shirt. Perfect for the company that wants something a little more versatile.

And number five, the Carhartt Watch Cap. Honestly, you can't go wrong with a good beanie. Put your logo on it, hand it out to your crew, and they'll wear it all winter long.
